Hello Group Leaders!

In the midst of all of your Christmas hustle and bustle, I have a few reminders for you about Groups.  

IMPORTANT NOTE: I will be out of the office from December 25th-January 13th. You'll continue receiving updates and reminders about Groups and Annie Skoyen, Formation Administrator, will be available for any questions you have.  That being said, you'll want to email me ASAP if you need something before I leave!

A few reminders of important dates:

• January 10^th: Spring 2020 Group Launch Forms are due!  As a reminder, if your group is running for the spring, you need to fill out a launch form.  If your group is no longer planning on meeting, let me know ASAP.  You can find the launch form here and fill it out any time before January 10^th.
• January 17^th: All-Church Volunteer Appreciation Night!  Keep an eye out for a Christmas card from JW with the details. 
• January 18/19 & 25/26: Spring 2020 Group Launch during weekend services.  This is when groups with open space will be made available for sign-up.

Events Coming In 2020:

We have a couple of key events happening this spring and there's something for everyone in your group to get involved with:

• No Regret's Men's Conference Simulcast: Saturday, February 1st from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • No Regrets Men’s Conference is an annual event designed to create an environment for men to be challenged in their relationship with the Lord at home, in the workplace, and in their ministry.  This one-day event broadcast will stream live from Elmbrook Church in Brookfield, WI.  Jacob’s Well is one of over 125 host sites in American and around the world.  Join an expected 15,000 men in 2020 at the conference!   Tickets are available for $20/person, lunch included. • Women's Connect Gathering: Sunday, February 2nd from 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM
  • Women's Connect is a space for women in all seasons to know and become like Christ.  Join us as we gather as women to connect to each other, become rooted in Christ and find our next steps at Jacob’s Well.  Childcare available on a limited basis with registration required. Registration will be live soon! Check out the Facebook Event to be updated. 
• Marriage Date Night: Tuesday, February 11th from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
  • Themed "Keeping the Spark Alive," join our friends, Matt and Suzie Kendziera to talk about how to make a marriage last. The temperature gauge tends to run hot early in our relationships, but if we are not careful it will cool down over time. Let’s get the conversation going about how we can turn up our marriage temperature! $30/couple with appetizers and dessert provided.  Keep an eye out for registration coming in January.
