Sean is the Staff Wellness and Development Pastor at Living Word Christian Center in Brooklyn Park, MN. He is a Bethel University graduate with a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. In 2020, as a licensed therapist and addiction counselor, he established his private practice, providing clinical services to individuals, couples, and families. A dedicated student of the social and organizational sciences, Sean specializes in transformational leadership. As a Hogan Certified Executive Coach, owner, and senior consultant of Teamcore Dynamics, Sean brings biblical principles into for-profit and non-profit spaces, supporting leadership development, enhancing team dynamics, and assisting organizations in boosting overall capacity.

Dr. David Clark is the Executive Director and Leadership Coach with Damascus Road Collaborative (DRC). Along with two friends, David launched DRC to help pastors lead and churches thrive. With extensive experience in higher education, David taught at Toccoa Falls College and Bethel Seminary, where he also served as Dean and Provost. He holds a B.A. from Houghton College, an M.A. from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, and a Ph.D. from Northwestern University. David's expertise in theology and apologetics informs his current work in coaching and consulting. His career includes 34 years at Maranatha Christian Academy in Brooklyn Park, MN, where he led transformative changes and fostered a thriving academic community. Brian's leadership saw the implementation of innovative programs like STEAM and Entrepreneurship initiatives. Brian's influence extends beyond his school as he contributed to educational policy and standards, served on the Nonpublic Educational Council, and held leadership roles in school accreditation organizations. His dedication to promoting excellence in education is further evidenced by his tenure on the MN Independent School Forum and as a representative for the Association of Christian Schools International.
