Staff
Grace joined Jacob's Well Staff in fall of 2019. She oversees all students from 6th-12th grade. She works alongside volunteers and staff to help create a student led, adult coached ministry model where students have a larger say in their wants and desires for their ministry. Grace also runs and directs our weeks of Summer Camp. You can find Grace on stage preaching on Wednesday nights or playing an intense game of 9 high or gaga ball.

Worship Developer
Nick joined our staff in Spring 2023 and has been strategically working to build and develop the next generation of student worship leaders. He is our worship leader for Greenhouse Worship and is always looking for new musicians to join his team.
Anna joined our staff in the Fall of 2023. Her job consists of all things student-serve– She not only oversees our Student Serve Team here at Greenhouse YTH, but her goal is to help assist in the building of a student-led model for our youth ministry and to best equip the next generation of leaders here! She also helps coordinate Wednesday nights and Greenhouse YTH events throughout the year. Basically, Anna knows a lot of stuff, she's been to a lot of places, and she rocks!
