Full-Time Custodian

Jacob’s Well Church is looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our team in a full-time Custodial position. This role helps create clean, safe, welcoming, and well-cared-for environments across both our church and school buildings. Responsibilities include regular cleaning and custodial care of restrooms, classrooms, offices, common areas, and ministry spaces; room and event setup and teardown; restocking supplies; and responding to cleaning needs throughout the facilities. We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, takes pride in quality work, notices what needs to be done, works well independently and with others, and is comfortable with the physical demands of custodial work.
