Perry Polnaszek serves as Jacob’s Well’s Recovery Ministry Director, bringing decades of ministry experience and a powerful personal story of redemption, healing, and freedom through Jesus. Drawing from his own recovery journey, Perry is passionate about walking alongside others as they pursue freedom and lasting change in The Alcohol Experiment and Celebrate Recovery.
Grounded in Jesus’ words, “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven” (Matthew 5:3), Perry believes recovery isn’t just for “those people”—we all have places of brokenness where we need the healing and transforming power of Christ. At the Embodied Center, support and recovery ministries create welcoming spaces where people can find hope, healing, authentic community, and practical next steps toward a renewed life in Jesus.
The Alcohol Experiment is launching again this fall! Beginning Wednesday, October 7th, join us at the Embodied Center for a five-week class designed to help you take a 30-day break from alcohol and explore your relationship with drinking in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
Led by Perry Polnaszek, the class follows The Alcohol Experiment book, combining the daily reading with weekly conversation, encouragement, and practical insight. Whether you’re questioning the role alcohol plays in your life, looking to make a healthy change, or simply curious about what 30 days alcohol-free could do for you, you’re welcome!
Five-week class begins Wednesday, October 7th, at the Embodied Center.
