The world pushes us toward unhealthy patterns—fast food, constant screens, relentless stress. But God created our bodies as good, as temples of His Spirit, meant to thrive in harmony with His design. That’s why Jacob’s Well launched Embodied—an eight-week core class exploring whole-life discipleship where daily rhythms of rest, movement, nutrition, and relationships become holy spaces for Jesus to shape us deeply. With mindset as the foundation (Romans 12:2), you’ll discover how faith and health align through practices like Scripture meditation, journaling, relational connection, and crafting an Embodied Rule of Life.
This eight-week commitment invites you to slow down, adjust priorities, and make meaningful lifestyle changes—including how you care for your body and what you choose to put into it. If you're ready to begin this deeper, more intentional way of living and following Jesus, we invite you to take the next step and register below.
This fall, Embodied participants have the opportunity to take part in optional biometric screenings at the beginning of the program in September and again in December. These screenings measure five key biomarkers, giving you a way to see real, measurable changes in your wellness throughout the program.
Initial Screening — September 24, 25 & 27
6:00–11:00am • Embodied Center • 15-minute appointments
Follow-Up Screening — December 13–15
The Embodied Center at 1120 122nd Street is now open—just across the street from Jacob’s Well—providing a dedicated space for whole-person health, recovery, education, and spiritual formation from a Jesus-centered perspective. The center includes both a clinic side and classroom space, with Embodied and other health, wellness, and recovery-focused classes meeting there this fall, all centered around the vision of “making the healthy choice the easy choice.”
The Embodied Center is also home to a growing range of ministries and opportunities, including the Embodied class, The Alcohol Experiment, wellness education, blood clinics, and other health-focused initiatives. Recovery Ministry Director Perry Polnaszek leads Jacob’s Well’s expanding recovery ministry, including Celebrate Recovery and other recovery support and programming that utilizes the Embodied Center as a place for people to find community, support, and practical next steps toward greater health and freedom.
