If you are in agreement with the Christian Covenant of Marriage and are interested in pre-marriage counseling, mentoring, and/or holding your wedding at Jacob's Well, please submit the Wedding Request Form. Once we receive your completed form, our Care Staff will connect with you to initiate next steps in your marriage preparation.
