Hi, I’m Paul Berthiaume, Lead Pastor here at Jacob’s Well. On behalf of our staff, overseers, and church family, we’re so glad you’re checking us out. Whether you’re exploring faith for the first time or looking for a church to call home, we want you to know—there’s a place for you here!

Who We Are

For nearly 25 years, Jacob’s Well has been a community of real people walking through real life together. Our mission is simple and steady: "Wherever we are on our journey, we will take steps together to know and become like Jesus." This is a milestone year for us, and we believe God is inviting us into something deeper—a season of gospel healing, renewed relationships, and restoration in spirit, soul, and body.

What We’re Experiencing

We're seeing transformation like never before through core classes like Emotionally Healthy Spirituality, Emotionally Healthy Relationships, Practicing the Way, Financial Peace University, Trauma Reboot, and new wellness initiatives grounded in biblical truth.

We're also excited to now share part of our campus with Venture Academy, a new and innovative K–7 Christian school in the Chippewa Valley that’s raising up the next generation of disciples and leaders. This partnership reflects our deep commitment to faith-filled families and future leaders in our community.

How You Can Join Us

We’d love to see you at one of our weekend services:

Saturdays at 5:00 pm
Sundays at 9:00 am or 10:45 am

We meet in person in our Worship Center and Theater (our video venue), or you can join us online through our website, mobile app, or Roku channel. Each service includes meaningful worship and biblical teaching designed to help you encounter God and take practical next steps—wherever you are on your journey.

Ministry for All Ages

Our vibrant JW Kids and Greenhouse YTH ministries are raising up the next generation to know Jesus personally and become resilient disciples. Our young adult ministry, Remnant, and our thriving 60 Plus group continue to grow across the valley. If you’re just getting started, First Steps is a great way to connect, learn more, and discover where God might be leading you next.

What’s Ahead

As a church, we’re leaning into our year-long Making Room Initiative, expanding our capacity so more people—just like you—can experience the love of God here, firsthand. We also live out a culture of serving and giving faithfully, not out of obligation, but as acts of worship and trust in the God who provides. We believe God uses everyday steps and acts of stewardship to grow us and impact others for His kingdom.
